Feasibility Study
A deeper mission than the advice visit, undertaken once a project is seriously considered. It examines the technical, regulatory and financial feasibility of an operation: PLU or PSMV review, setback and height constraints, existing-building analysis, programme outline, detailed budget estimate. The project manager is the conductor of your construction site. They design the plans, select and coordinate craftsmen, drive the schedule and control quality — ensuring the project respects budget and timeline, from study to handover of keys.
An architect is mandatory for new constructions over 150 sqm of floor area. TA project manager has no floor area restriction, particularly in renovation work and drives execution and coordination. Both can design, but the project manager stays on board until handover.
Full mission fees range from 8% to 15% of the works' pre-tax amount, depending on complexity and level of support. The quote is clear and transparent before signature, with no hidden costs.

Light renovation 100 sqm: 3 to 5 months. Heavy renovation 130 sqm: 8 to 12 months. Extension 30 sqm: 4 to 6 months. New construction 150 sqm: 6 to 12 months. High-end villa 250+ sqm: 16 to 24 months. The duration of the work varies depending on the location, weather conditions, and the complexity of the project.
