These schemes are run by local authorities: the CARO, the La Rochelle urban community and the Aunis Atlantique, Aunis Sud and Vals de Saintonge municipalities. Neutral and free of charge, they direct homeowners towards professionals who have signed a commitment charter. Being listed means accepting to be identified on criteria of seriousness: quality of studies, transparent quotes, follow-up of works.

- A consistent path: the France Rénov' advisers of these platforms review the available grants (MaPrimeRénov', CEE, local aid); we take over to design and manage the works.
